Soup Jars for sale at the Library

Soup jars are now for sale at the Library. They are $5.00 dollars and going fast.

If you were not at the meeting last week, here is a few things that you missed. We are selling soup jars again this year. They are only $5.00 and are at the Library now. These would be great last minute gifts for co-workers, teachers or even stocking stuffers for Mom or Grandma. We will be hosting a cookie sampling event sometime in Feburary. It will kind of like the chocolate sampling they have at the mall every year. Details are still to come on that. We will be discussing that more at our January meeting. If you have any ideas please come and share. Our next meeting will be January 15th at 7:00. Mark your calendars to attend.

The friends also have a few t-shirst, toat bags, and lanyards for sale as well. T-shirts are only $6.00 and they say Friends of the Lincoln Library, toat bags are $1.50 and also say FOLL. These are great for carring your library books. The Lanyard are $2.50. These are great for keys, or even your library card. If you would like to purchase one, see Nikki or Sandy at the Library.

HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS

Grades 5 and up @ Lincoln Public Library Monday December 8th @4:00 p.m.

Spending time with family members at the holiday season is often wonderful, but not always! Join us for our December BOOTKALKERS club meeting for an interesting discussion of family life. We will review some great books about the trails and jys of belonging to a family. We will also be playing games and decorating cookies, so bring a freind along for the fun!

DECEMBER MEETING

Join us for our monthly meeting on December 18th at 7:00.
This month, we will be discussing our kick off for the penny drive,
planning a future cookie exchange, going over our final details on our membership
drive that will be held in January, and much more. Stephanie will be making
a delicious dessert for everyone to enjoy following our meeting. All members
in put matters to us and would like for everyone to attend.
